Q. I’m sorry, he did what
A. Gerald’s mug shot.
Q. Oh, he turned the screen around so you could see it Is that what you’re saying

Q. Then did anything else happen What did you do after that
A. Just asked him where he might be. If they had his mug shot, where would he be He
said, well, we released him at 7:12.
Q. Anything else
A. I just asked him where I might find him at, whether they had any idea where I might
locate him if they released him, and he said, well, you might try the hospital. I asked them
why would I try a hospital. And they said, well, he was drunk when he came in here, said,
sorry, I can’t tell you any more than that and that was the end of the conversation.
Q. But you knew where he was
A. Of course I knew where he was at.
Q. So, why did you – why – I don’t understand why you would ask them that.
A. I happened to be involved individually in this, I thought. I wanted to find out what’s
happening. I’m not getting any information. I wanted to find out what in the world is really
going on, what happened, you know, was he drunk, was he arrested, where was he arrested
at I don’t have any idea. Only off that mug shot and that arrest sheet did I find out exactly
where he was arrested at. Up to that point I didn’t have a clue except the information we had
from the girl that said he was taken to the hospital.
