The - 3,513,410 matters in dispute are under appeal. iv Income-tax demand, disputed by the Company in respect of A.Y. 2010-11. The 853,607 - matters in dispute are under appeal. (b) Bank guarantees issued on behalf of a subsidiary 1,000,000 1,000,000 (c) Income-tax demand on Mutual Fund on account of non-payment of tax on income from pass through certificates by the issuing trust 1,785,801 1,785,801 ` ` 31 As per information available with the Company, there are no micro, small or medium enterprises as defined in 'The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006', to whom the Company owes dues on account of principal amount together with interest and accordingly no additional disclosures have been made. The above information regarding micro, small and medium enterprises have been determined to the extent such parties have been identified on the basis of information available with the Company. 32 As per SEBI circular dated September 26, 2012 effective October 1, 2012, sub regulation 2 of regulation 52 has been amended. With this amendment the sub limits in the total expense ratios (TER), for charging investment management fees, have been abolished. Accordingly w.e.f. January 1, 2013, the Company while adopting the regulations, has borne all scheme expenses like R&T Fees, Custody Fees etc barring only Brokerage, Scheme Audit Fees & Trusteeship Fees. However it has charged equivalent management fees in lieu of the expenses borne by it to the schemes. 33 The figures for the previous year have been regrouped wherever necessary, in order to make them comparable to the current period. 34 The figures of previous year ended March 31, 2012 were audited / reviewed by a firm of Chartered Accountants other than S.V.Ghatalia & Associates LLP.
