DZ 14 Vierspindel-Ausgleichs- und Absperrventil
Funktion:
Ventil I = für Kurzschluss der Plus- und Minuskammer
Ventil II = je 1 Absperrventil für die Plus- und Minuswirkdruckleitung
Ventil III = Entlüftungsventil
(alle Ventile sind bei Anlieferung geschlossen)
Bedienungshinweise: Dreispindel-, Vierspindelventil
1. Ventil I wird vor Anschluss der Wirkdruckleitungen geöffnet.
2. Ventile II sind ebenfalls vor Anschluss der Wirkdruckleitung zu öffnen.
3. Das Differenzdruck-Manometer wird montiert und mit Druck beaufschlagt.
Punkte 4…5 gelten nur für das Vierspindelventil.
4. Ventil III wird geöffnet und damit das gesamte Messsystem entlüftet.
5. Ventil III wird geschlossen.
6. Ventil I wird geschlossen, damit der Differenzdruck angezeigt wird.
Die Ventile II bleiben geöffnet.
Demontage des Differenzdruck-Manometers
1. Ventil I wird geöffnet.
2. Ventile II werden geschlossen.
3. Die geräteseitigen Verschraubungen werden gelöst.
Das Differenzdruck-Manometer kann wieder abgeschraubt werden.

DZ 13 Three-spindle shut-off and compensating valve
DZ 14 Four-spindle shut-off and compensating valve
Function:
Valve I = equalization valve
Valve II = shut-off and connection valves
Valve III = blow-out valve
Operating instructions: Three-spindle-, four-spindle valve
1. Valve I is to be opened before the effective pressure pipes are connected.
2. Valves II are also to be opened before the effective pressure pipes are connected.
3. The differential pressure gauge will be mounted and pressure will be admitted.
Steps 4…5 apply to the four-spindle-valve, only.
4. Valve III is to be opened for ventilating the whole measuring system.
5. Valve III is to be closed.
6. Valve I is to be closed for indicating the differential pressure.
The valves II remain in opened condition.
Dismounting of the differential pressure gauge:
1. Valve I is to be opened.
2. Valves II are to be closed.
3. Device-sited screwings are to be slackened.
The differential pressure gauge can be removed.
