The review <strong>in</strong>volved semi‐structured <strong>in</strong>terviews that covered the follow<strong>in</strong>g PAF <strong>in</strong>dicators as well as<br />

issues that the CERF Advisory Group and Secretariat identified as be<strong>in</strong>g of <strong>in</strong>terest. Table 12 below<br />
