order by President Kevin F. McCullough at 7:30 p.m. with the following directors present:<br />

A. It was moved by Mr. Gagnon, seconded by Mr. Sheehan that the <strong>Board</strong> of Directors<br />
authorize the <strong>District</strong> Administration and solicitor to negotiate the necessary contract with<br />
Architerra P.C. for Phases 1 and 2 of the proposed Outdoor Facilities Project, subject not to<br />
exceed cost estimates in Architect’s RFP.<br />

B. That the <strong>Board</strong> of Directors approve the State Bid Contract #4400004380 from Roberts &<br />
Meck, Inc. at $7,374.00 and State Bid Contract (HON) 46000<strong>09</strong>840 from Office Service<br />

Capital Reserve.<br />

Dr. Otto thanked the administration and <strong>School</strong> <strong>Board</strong> for all of the hard work in<br />
preparing the 20<strong>09</strong>-10 Budget and continuing to carry on great programs at <strong>Daniel</strong> <strong>Boone</strong>.<br />
Dr. Otto expressed that the “open” budget process worked extremely well.<br />
The <strong>Board</strong> had a brief discussion on kindergarten registration numbers for the 20<strong>09</strong>-10<br />
school year.<br />
