X. Rules for Chairmen´s and Adjudicators´ Licences<br />

Rule X.1 (<strong>WDSF</strong> Licence)<br />

1.1 Valid for <strong>WDSF</strong> individual and team competitions of all age groups on application of the<br />

respective <strong>WDSF</strong> Member body, if a valid, highest national adjudicators licence exists.<br />

1.2 Valid for <strong>WDSF</strong> formation competitions, if a valid, highest national formation adjudicators<br />

licence exists.<br />

Rule X.2 (Licence Application)<br />

2.1 The applicant must be licenced by a national <strong>WDSF</strong> Member body.<br />

2.2 Under these Rules a Chairman (non-voting) or an Adjudicator is from a country if he/she<br />

holds a valid and subsisting <strong>WDSF</strong> Licence issued by that country´s Member body and is<br />

either a citizen of that country or resided in that country for at least 183 days during the<br />

twelve month previous to the date on in which the relevant competition is produced.<br />

Rule X.3 (Granting of Licences)<br />

3.1 After attending 2 <strong>WDSF</strong> Adjudicators´ congresses and passing the English examination the<br />

<strong>WDSF</strong> Adjudicators licence will be issued to the participant on application of an <strong>WDSF</strong><br />

Member body.<br />

3.2 Proof of practical experience for granting of the licence is decided by the <strong>WDSF</strong> Education<br />

Director.<br />

Rule X.4 (Licence Use)<br />

4.1 The licence holder may use his/her licence, when s/he<br />

4.1.1 is a member of an <strong>WDSF</strong> Member body<br />

4.1.2 is at least 18 years old<br />

4.1.3 provides proof of participation at an <strong>WDSF</strong> Adjudicators´ congress<br />

4.1.4 is no longer an active dancer (amateur or professional)<br />

4.1.5 is granted to a licence at the earliest 1 year after ceasing active participation in any<br />

dance sport competitions<br />

Rule X.5 (Licence Suspension or Withdrawal)<br />

5.1 Infringements of the <strong>WDSF</strong> Competition Rules and/or the Code of Conduct will be<br />

punished under the <strong>WDSF</strong> jurisdiction.<br />
