Y. Rules for Complaints and Objections<br />
Rule Y.1 (Complaints)<br />
1.1 Complaints within the scope and framework of the <strong>WDSF</strong> Competition Rules must be<br />
addressed to the <strong>WDSF</strong> Sports Director.<br />
Rule Y.2 (Objections)<br />
2.1. Objections to alleged breaches of these Rules during competitions must be handled as<br />
follows:<br />
2.1.1 In couple competitions one partner, or in formation team competitions the team<br />
captain, may submit an Objection in writing with the Chairman before the start or after<br />
the end of every round.<br />
2.1.2 The Chairman must accept any Objection made according to paragraph 2.1.1 and<br />
must make a decision to sustain or overrule the Objection, which decision shall be<br />
final:<br />
2.1.3 Every Objection and corresponding decision must be noted in the Chairman’s Report.<br />
2.1.4 If any of the procedures for handling an Objection in this Rule Y.2 is not followed, only<br />
the <strong>WDSF</strong> Member body which the couple or formation team represents may submit<br />
the same Objection together with supporting reasons in writing to the <strong>WDSF</strong> Office.<br />
2.2 The WSDF jurisdiction makes a decision on the protest.<br />
