Research shows that exercising in a group has enormous benefits. A class setting offers variety, friendly competition, a planned workout and motivating music so<br />

group participants enjoy themselves more and the time goes by quickly. In turn, exercise intensity and adherence is much higher for "groupies" because there's an<br />

element of fun, energy and motivation built in.<br />
