Purpose read m-factor for science channels from H5 database.
Usage Scia rd H5 mfactor( mftype, sensing start, mfactor );
Input enum mf type mftype : which type is requested
char* sensing start : sensing start time yyyymmdd hhmmss
Output float *mfactor : array to write mfactor
