Purpose get pixel exposure time
Usage GET SCIA LV0 DET PET( chan hdr, pet, &vir chan b );
Input struct chan hdr hdr : L0 MDS channel header
Output float *pet : pixel exposure time [sec]
if (*vir chan b != 0) pet = fltarr(2)
unsigned short *vir chan b : virtual channel indicator
Returns nothing
