Progression rule<br />
Students choosing the UPP or Diploma of Science Pathway to<br />
degree courses in Science may have to extend the duration of<br />
their course. This is subject to ECU’s pre-requisite or<br />
progression rules.<br />
* Students in Certificate IV UFS have a maximum of 3 semesters to qualify for<br />
entry into the Diploma.<br />
** To qualify for entry to the Diploma, UPP students must pass all four units in their<br />
first semester. Failure to do so will require students to complete full Certificate IV<br />
UFS program (8 units).<br />
