WArrANtY
The standard warranty for all components on non-revenue producing pleasure craft
applications is 24 months or 1000 hours (whichever occurs first) after delivery to the
first user for C7 propulsion engines and 24 months after delivery to the first user for
all other new propulsion engines. For 3056, C1.5, C2.2, and C4.4 generator sets the
standard warranty is 24 months or 2000 hours (whichever occurs first) after delivery
to the first user. An extended warranty period applies to new marine propulsion
engines used in non-revenue producing pleasure craft applications and applies to
major engine components.
The extended warranty period for new C7 engines is 60 months or 2000 hours,
whichever occurs first, after delivery. The extended warranty period for all other
new marine propulsion engines used in non-revenue producing pleasure craft
applications is 60 months after delivery. This warranty runs concurrently with the
