Departure by boat from St.Mark’s area to Tronchetto where a coach with a guide will drive you through the
beautiful hills of Valdobbiadene within the Veneto region which is where the famous “Prosecco” wine is
produced.
The Bisol family open their doors to their winery, to allow you to get a closer look at the fascinating world
of Prosecco. You may take part in an interesting and absorbing guided visit to the historical winery at Santo
Stefano di Valdobbiadene or see the vineyards close up with a guide that knows them almost off by heart.
Lunch at “Da Celeste” Restaurant located in VENEGAZZU’. After lunch you’ll be transferred back to
Venice by coach.

Since 1790, the Terrace of the Hotel Bonvecchiati
has been famous in Venice for giving its name to
the Restaurant of the Hotel Bonvecchiati, which
is located in the romantic setting of the Terrazza.
Defined by a characteristic canal and Calle Goldoni,
in the summer it is a pleasant spot to sample the
restaurant’s cuisine, which ranges from the more
typical Venetian recipes, to tradition Italian cooking.
