- Submit improvement plan to decision maker level.
- Consult with Departmen tManageron the plan and its processes.

- Find transport service company which runs LTL system
- Meet with Salel Department to explain about the plan.
- Meet with ICD. Department to inform them about "Email"
- Improve formatof P-run report
- Value chain management network for LTL system in all area.
- Start implementation.
3. Check & Improve
- Record and compare transport cost after the implementation
of project
- Analyse & improve
4. Implementation Evalution
- Compare transportaion cost and service level before & after
the project implemenatation.
