48 French Cooking Class
Learn how to plan and prepare the perfect French
dinner. Janet Gottsacker, whose credits include being
a Chef's Assistant at Ecole de Cuisine in Kohler for
three years, assisting on a PBS cooking series, working
two summers as a lunch cook at Whistling Straits and
"interning" at the Craverie in Kohler, will prepare and
show techniques she uses in preparing the following
French dinner.
The menu will consist of Steak Au Poivre, Gruyere
Popovers, Walnut Pasta, a cheese course, dessert and
champagne. Janet chose French because it is so elegant
and timeless and with a son living in Lyon, France, she
spent a month there and attended some cooking
classes. At the completion of the demonstration, you
will enjoy this wonderful meal.
This class will be for 7 people--girlfriends can get
together or 3-4 couples can too. The date will be
mutually agreed upon.
