It is agreed as follows:
• The Vendor hereby acknowledges that the Vendor has entered into an Agreement with the Trinidad & Tobago
Cultural Society of British Columbia (the Event Organizers), to take part in and/or supply goods to, or sell
goods at the event known as Caribbean Days Festival at Waterfront Park on Saturday July 26, 2008 and
Sunday July 27, 2008 during the hours of 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. In addition, the Vendor agrees to abide by
the terms and conditions of operation as set out on the attached Schedule ‘A.
• The Vendor further acknowledges that, in consideration for being allowed by the Trinidad & Tobago Cultural
Society of British Columbia to take part in the said activity, the Vendor agrees:
To pay to the Trinidad & Tobago Cultural Society a non-refundable registration fee in sum of
$350.00 ……………(plus 20% of the Vendor’ gross sales at the Festival no later 4:pm August 14 2008.
SPACES ARE OFFERED A FIRST COME. – ( Subject to availability )
PAYMENT INCLUDING DAMAGE DEPOSIT ACCEPTED ONLY BY CERTIFIED CHEQUE, BANK
DRAFT OR MONEY ORDER. Payable to Trinidad & Tobago Cultural Society of BC
Electricity or running Water is “NOT” supplied with these facilities. Placement at the park will be at the discretion
of the organizers. Only permitted vending, promotional vehicles or trailers are allowed on site after 9.15 am
