Integrated Sensors<br />

The High Performance Recessed (<strong>HPR</strong>, <strong>HPR</strong>-LED) collection<br />

can easily incorporate either daylight or occupancy sensors<br />

into the luminaire’s center shielding element. The daylight<br />

sensor integrates with standard 0-10 VDC dimming Daylight ballasts<br />

to provide for continuous dimming of <strong>HPR</strong> luminaires Sensor within a<br />

Lighting System (ICLS)<br />

The High Performance Recessed (<strong>HPR</strong>, <strong>HPR</strong>-LED) collection can<br />

serve as a key component of <strong>Finelite</strong>’s Integrated Classroom Lighting<br />

System (ICLS). The ICLS delivers enhanced teacher control, dramatic<br />

energy savings, and improved user satisfaction.<br />

The ICLS gives teachers the flexibility to choose from two different<br />

lighting modes depending on their curriculum requirements. When<br />

used with the ICLS, the <strong>HPR</strong> collection provides light for lectures,<br />

discussion, and general study work, while removing glare that leads<br />

to eyestrain and headaches.<br />

Easy-to-use, centrally located switches enable teachers to control the<br />

recessed luminaires to create an optimal learning environment that<br />

also saves energy. The audiovisual mode improves contrast of images<br />

projected on the screen and delivers enough light to maintain eye<br />

contact between teacher and student.<br />
