TRANSFORM RiverBend Master Plan The RiverBend site is comprised of five neighborhoods. The grasslands containment cell band creates a natural division between the northern region— an urban, mixed use district—and the southern half of the site, intended for light industrial and logistics uses that can take advantage of RiverBend’s rail access and large parcels. Within these neighborhoods, flexible land uses and parcel sizes provide market adaptability.
