Tracking System<br />
• All students’ are responsible for recording their attendance in every<br />
schedule lecture and lab sessions attended<br />

• ATS – How does it Work<br />
• ATS readers are located in each classroom<br />
and lab<br />
• ATS has a 30 minute operational window<br />
• 10 minutes before the hour, the readers<br />
unlock<br />
• 20 minutes after the hour the reader will lock,<br />
preventing card swipe activity<br />

• 3 easy steps to record attendance<br />
1. Swipe during the operational window<br />
• 10 minutes before the hour<br />
• No later than 20 minutes after the hour<br />
2. Swipe your <strong>DeVry</strong> student ID with the barcode facing towards to<br />
reader<br />
3. Verify your attendance was recorded<br />
• LCD display will flash accepted<br />
• An acceptance tone will follow<br />

• Inform your instructor if:<br />
• You are unable to swipe during<br />
the operational window<br />
• Your ID will not accept<br />
• The card reader is inoperable<br />

revision form to ensure your attendance is captured.<br />

Career Services for You!<br />
Coop Program – assist qualified students with pursuing part time,<br />
education related job while in school. Must be a full-time student and<br />
have completed your first term with at least a 2.5 gpa.<br />
On-Campus and Off-Campus Part Time Jobs – assist with pursuing<br />
part time non-education related jobs while in school. You are eligible<br />
once you are an actual attending student.<br />
Full Time Career Assistance – assist with pursuing full time, education<br />
related opportunities at the start of your final term.<br />
Career Fairs –<br />
2 Full Time Career Fairs each year – Spring & Fall<br />
3 Part Time Career Fairs - at the start of each term<br />
The Career Services staff are available at any time to discuss your<br />
career goals and the kinds of opportunities that your degree will<br />
