PROVEN DESIGN
With 57 years of building experience, many of our
original designs are still current technology, tried
and tested in literally thousands of installations.

T 12TDA
NO “DEADBAND”
The sensing element in the Kimray
Thermostat is a bi-metalic probe. The outer
tube is 304 stainless steel, and the inner
rod is low expansion nickel. The expansion
rates due to heat in both the metals are very
consistent which provides smooth, proportional
output -- throttling action.
When the thermostat is installed with its
probe completely surrounded by the liquid
or gas it is monitoring, there is virtually no
deadband.
Other types of thermostats providing such
control cost considerably more, and lack the
simplicity.
In describing the Kimray Thermostat folks
have said,
“IT’S LIKE A CADILLAC THERMOSTAT
AT A CHEVY PRICE!”
T12 DAS
“WHAT’S A SEPERABLE SOCKET”
Some call it a Thermowell. We call the well
for a thermometer a Thermowell.
The Separable Socket is a protective well
designed for the Kimray Thermostat.
It protects the Thermostat probe from corrosion
or physical forces which could bend it. It also
increases the maximum working pressure of
the Thermostat.
Indirect on/off control of burner valves, mixing valves, air shutters

Pilot Guard
HT12 PG
“TURN IT OFF, QUICK!”
Sometimes it’s too hot-
Sometimes it’s too cool-
Sometimes the fire just goes out.
Whatever the reason, if the temperature gets out
of control, you need to shut everything off right
away! These shut-downs are just what you need,
when you need to stop and start over.
Indirect action for system shut-down when pilot flame goes
out. Also used in direct mode for high stack temperture
shutdown
