Doubleday, 1950. How religion shaped the development of Western<br />

civilization and kept at bay the "barbarianism that is always lurking<br />

just below the surface." Important insights into scientific thought.<br />

• Jensen, B., Simplicity: The New Competitive Advantage in a World of<br />

More, Better, Faster, Cambridge, Mass.: Perseus Books, 2000. A<br />

revolution in thought and knowledge management. <strong>Design</strong>ing systems<br />

that are simpler for people to use, taking humans into account in our<br />
