Please pray about the monies we
give to the missionaries we have
been supporting for several years.
Our mission budget had to be cut
for 2013. This is very disappointing
as these missions all rely on the
support we give them. Pray earnestly
about what God would have
you give toward our mission support
this year.
Following are excerpts from letters
received from a few of
our missionaries:
Poor Children’s Assistance Project
c/o Jerry and Esther Bryant
We had another exciting year of
ministry in 2012 and we would like
to thank you for helping make it possible.
We were able to travel to Haiti
twice this year. On the trip in October
our team of 4 people took suitcases
full of tools and supplies to
build 50 school benches for two
schools. We were also able to supply
funding making it possible to buy
many school uniforms... The donations
you have sent to us were used
to support the schools in Camatin,
Petit Harpon, Timarche’, Fond Parisien
and Merger’….. When we finished
building the school benches
we left a large suitcase full of tools
to one of the Haitian men who
helped us. Helping Haitian men and
women start businesses that will
enable them to support their families
is a tremendous blessing to
them…..Please continue to pray for
the Haitian children and all our
brothers and sisters that help in this
ministry to them.

Recently, we looked over Christmas
pictures from when we first arrived
in China ten years ago. We marvel
at how, despite our not changing at
Missions

all (we only wish!), our four young
people are growing into the lovely
people God designed them to be.
(Nathan is 18, Zachary is 16, Emma
is 14 and Anya is 13.) As we think
back over these ten years, we are
grateful to also see inward changes.
Though hard to gauge whether as
dramatic as the physical changes
the children have gone through, all
of us – young and old alike – consider
it a great privilege to have had
our lives touched by those we have
worked with for most of the past
decade. We give thanks to our Lord
for allowing us to live in this quickly
changing land since 2003. But in the
midst of all these changes, One
doesn’t. He is faithful, in control and
good. We are grateful looking back
these past ten years, knowing He
holds us in His hands. “Jesus Christ
is the same yesterday, today and
forever!” (Hebrews 13:8)

to be produced for the Kingdom
of God. Please note in particular the

4 Baptized
11 Ready for Baptism
3 Witnessing Prayer Cells Established
30 Regularly attending Worship and
Bible Study
How significant it is that funding
given to sponsor Church Planters is
first used to print Bibles. The new
believers need the Word of God in
order to become grounded in their
faith so that they can endure any
persecution which may come their
way. This year we have requests for
over 450,000 Bibles.
Pray that as new believers study the
Word that God will speak to their
hearts and that the truths of the Bible
will be planted deep within their
souls.

preacher recently put it:

good.”
“We could learn a lot from cray-
ons; some are sharp, some are
pretty, some are dull, some have
weird names, and all are differ-
ent colors, but they all have
learned to live in the same box.”
