Meeting began at 7:10pm, and was held in the high school library
Financial Report:
Checking: $6,222.30
Savings: $5,803.98
Cash: $ 500.00

Items Discussed:
Concession Report: There was approx. $1200 spent to start up the concession stand.
We usually make approx. $400-500 per event, with the events on field hockey field
yielding approx. $27-50 with just candy/chips and drinks for sale. It took most of the
season to net positive on the initial investment on the concession stand due to all of the
cancelled games.
Spirit items: We did not sell as many spirit items during the fall season as we would
have liked. We feel that they will sell at the basketball games, and we will set up a table
in the lobby to make them available at the door.

Fall Awards Ceremony Planning: There are approximately 77 athletes that would be
recognized during the fall awards. This will be the first awards ceremony that will be a
presentation followed by a reception.
Duties:
*Lisa Culwell to order the cakes and pick up the desserts on the day of
the banquet
*Kelly Lesh to get chips and pretzels for the reception, as well and punch
ingredients
*The concession stand already has forks and coffee supplies, and Chris
Stroup will check for other items that may be needed-plates, cups,
napkins, etc.
*Jennifer Bollinger will do signs and streamers for athlete section
*Kelly Lesh will contact Stacey Snyder for photos for slide show
It was decided that we will use first 5 rows of auditorium center section to have athletes
sit for ease of exiting for recognition.
Adam Sheaffer is responsible for the program.
Set up will be at 6pm and any parents that were present at meeting were asked to come
and help set up.
Seat Cushions: Jacki to look into ordering about 4 doz to have available for sale for first
basketball games. Selling price to be around $10 each.
Basketball: Kelly Lesh to be in charge of volunteer list for boys games, Lisa Kuhns and
Denise Fisher will handle the girls game volunteers.
Student Council Donation: It was decided that the club would give a $100 donation for
refreshments for a student council event planned for Nov 11.
