INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
BRIDGE PROGRAM
If you have completed a two- or three-year Computer
Systems Technology diploma program or related programs
at an Ontario community college you will be considered for
admission to our IT Bridge program and may be eligible to
receive up to 45 transfer credits.
GAME DEVELOPMENT
BRIDGE PROGRAM
If you have completed a two- or three-year diploma in Game
Development or related programs at an Ontario community
college you will be considered for admission to our IT Bridge
program with specialization in Game Development and may
be eligible to receive up to 45 transfer credits.
IT Bridge requirements:
• Computer Architecture;
• Discrete Mathematics;
• Introduction to
Entrepreneurship;
• Introductory Calculus; and
• One general or technical
elective.
Game Development Bridge requirements:
• Computer Architecture;
• Discrete Mathematics;
• Introduction to
Entrepreneurship;
• Linear Algebra and Physics
for Games; and
• Object-Oriented
Programming.
To proceed to the third year of the Bachelor of Information
Technology (Honours) program, you must achieve an overall
B average or 3.0 GPA in the prescribed five courses of the
Bridge program.

After you complete your undergraduate degree, UOIT’s
Master of Business Administration (MBA) can be completed
in just 16 months of full-time study or may be taken on
a part-time basis. Concentration options are: Finance,
International Business, Logistics and Supply Chain
Management, Marketing, or Technology Management.
