Description<br />

Featuring both a hydrophobic and hydrophilic flow focussing droplet junction, this glass<br />

microfluidic chip enables the formation of water-in-oil-in-water droplets ranging from 80 to<br />

120μm (outer) and 50 to 90μm (inner) in diameter. The chip can also be reversed to<br />

create oil-in-water-in-oil droplets.<br />

Applications include drug delivery, high throughput screening, food based emulsions and<br />

bio-analytical studies.<br />

The Double Emulsion Chip is compatible with the Linear Connector 4-way (Part No.<br />

3000024) and the Chip Interface H (Part No. 3000155) for quick and reliable fluidic<br />

connection from tubing to chip.<br />
