Previously, Mr. <strong>Romeo</strong> was a Client Manager at a national<br />
due diligence firm, where he managed over $25,000,000<br />
worth of due diligence projects over his five year tenure.<br />

the evaluation of current <strong>and</strong> potential erosion control<br />

for nationwide multi-site services. Managed Phase I<br />

abatement monitoring. Performed in house QA/QC on<br />
all reports issued to the client. Conducted<br />
environmental studies to support pooled collateral<br />

performance of Phase I-II environmental site<br />
assessments, asbestos surveys, lead-based paint<br />
surveys as well as all due diligence reporting through<br />
Regions Small Business Administration (SBA) lending<br />
program. Managed all phases of report management<br />
<strong>and</strong> client interaction with Regions Bank’s<br />
Environmental Risk Management group located in<br />
Birmingham, Alabama.<br />
Mr. <strong>Romeo</strong> was key in the development of <strong>Partner</strong>’s<br />
HUD/FHA Practice <strong>and</strong> served as the groups’ director<br />
into 2010. During that time he worked closely with<br />
lenders to achieve financing through the HUD MAP<br />
<strong>and</strong> LEAN Programs.
