The Executive Engineer (Electrical),BSNL Electrical Division-I, Chennai invites on behalf of Bharat
Sanchar Nigam Limited, sealed item rate tenders, for the work of “Comprehensive
annual maintenance of
2Nos 8 Passenger lifts in CGM Building Chennai (2013-15)” from eligible contractors satisfying the following
conditions.
Estimate Cost : Rs.6,38,880/-
Earnest money deposit : Rs.12,778/-
Last Date receipt of tender application : 15.04.2013
Last Date of issue of tender : 15.04.2013
Last Date of Submission of tender : 17.04.2013 (Up to 3.00 p.m.)
Date of opening of tender : 17.04.2013 (After 3.30 p.m.)
Eligibility Criteria:
The Contractors satisfying the following
conditions:
(1) Average annual
turnover
during
the
last 3 years,
ending
31st
March of the previous financial year, should be at least 30% of the estimated cost put
to tender.
AND
(2) The
manufacturer or their authori
rized service dealer.The letter of authorization
in orig
riginal from the
manufacturer shall be produced by the dealer.
OR
Experience of having successfully completed similar works in BSNL during last 7
years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are
invited , should be either of the following :
Three similar successfully completed works costing not less than the amount equal to
40% of the estimated cost put to tender.
OR
Two similar successfully completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 60%
of the estimated cost put to tender.
OR
One similar successfully completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80%
of the estimated cost put to tender.
NOTE: The estimated cost of one year shall be considered to evaluate the eligibility
criteria.
