From June 30-July 2, <strong>2013</strong>, 1,000 women will gather in Hollywood, Fla. for the<br />
annual meeting of the <strong>General</strong> <strong>Federation</strong> of Women’s Clubs. This <strong>Convention</strong><br />
brings together volunteer leaders from across the country and around the world,<br />
who then return to their home communities eager to share new information and<br />
ideas with their fellow clubwomen. <strong>GFWC</strong> invites you to bring your message to<br />
our 90,000 members by participating in our Annual <strong>Convention</strong>.<br />
ABOUT <strong>GFWC</strong><br />
The <strong>General</strong> <strong>Federation</strong> of Women’s Clubs is a unifying force, bringing together<br />
local women’s clubs, with members dedicated to strengthening their communities<br />
and enhancing the lives of others through volunteer service. With 90,000<br />
members in affiliated clubs in every state, the District of Columbia, and more<br />
than a dozen countries, <strong>GFWC</strong> members are community leaders who work locally<br />
to create global change by supporting the arts, preserving natural resources,<br />

• Exhibitor Directory. To assist you in maximizing your outreach to members and local, state, and<br />
regional leaders, we will print a directory of exhibitors in the <strong>Convention</strong> Program and will also list<br />

• Prominent Location. The Exhibitor Showcase is very convenient to attendees and prominently<br />
located next to the <strong>General</strong> Session. The Exhibitor Showcase will also future coffee breaks and social<br />
gatherings throughout the program dates.<br />
• Convenient Hours. The Exhibitor Showcase will coincide with our general business sessions to draw<br />
a maximum number of attendees during their free time. The Exhibitor Showcase will also feature<br />
networking and social gatherings within the hall and foyer areas to maximize attendees.<br />

Note that...<br />
• All booths must be open and staffed during the recommended open hours.<br />
• <strong>GFWC</strong> will provide security in the Exhibitor Showcase.<br />
• Exhibitors will be allowed into the Showcase 30 minutes prior to the start of the day’s opening<br />
time and for 30 minutes following the close of the Showcase. Other than these designated times,<br />
exhibitors will not be permitted in the Showcase due to security.
