factory in France, dedicated solely to producing wine cabinets.
In the beginning,Transtherm specialised in the supply of refrigerated catering equipment used aboard railway carriages. Indeed, some
of the world’s most prestigious trains have been equipped by Transtherm.
The wealth of experience gained in this field was applied to the storage and maturation of wines in the 1980’s, leading to the
introduction of the first range of Transtherm temperature and humidity controlled wine storage cabinets.We invite you to discover

Transtherm encompases two ranges of wine cabinets - Elegance and Prestige.
TRANSTHERM ELEGANCE
COLLECTORS ENTRY POINT
This range includes four sizes of single-temperature wine
cabinets designed to maximise bottle capacity and to perfectly
replicate the ideal cellar conditions for long-term storage of
red, white and sparkling wine. Elegance is the standard range
with electronic digital temperature setting/display, 4 universal
solid beech wood shelves, understated black colour scheme
and a choice of solid or glass door.Transtherm Elegance is a
competitively priced product, synonymous with reliability
and quality.
The Studio fitted cabinet is a small single temperature model,
especially designed to be placed within a kitchen cabinet, under
the bench top. Elegant and discreet with its black matt finish,
the Studio cabinet can also be used as a ‘stand alone”. It can be
either fully integrated or alternatively, comes with a glass door.
The Elegance shelf in solid beechwood can be used either as
a sliding shelf for 13 bottles or as a storage shelf for up to 77
bottles stored layer upon layer to maximise the bottle capacity
of the cabinet.
The Elegance range’s single temperature cabinets ensure
optimal conditions for maturing your wine. Electronic regulation
allows you to monitor the temperature of your cabinet to the
nearest degree, from 10 – 14°C.The thermal pump ensures
a stable level of humidity. Purchasing a wine cabinet from the
Elegance range gives you the confidence of knowing that you
have invested in a product with no compromises when it
comes to your wine.
TRANSTHERM PRESTIGE
The flagship Prestige range represents the best technology
that Transtherm has to offer – a combination of the
latest innovations and advanced customisation options
with a choice of colour finishes and equipment.The
Prestige range encompasses single-temperature and multitemperature
cabinets.
Transtherm Prestige single-zone units are designed to perfectly
replicate those conditions found in an ideal traditional
underground wine cellar – a steady temperature of 12-13°C
with optimum humidity.The temperature can be adjusted
between 6-18°C and the unit is equipped with a hygrometer
as standard.
To keep track of each bottle located within the cabinet the
solid door models come with a cellar board.
The range of Prestige shelves includes sliding, storage and
presentation kits.
Transtherm Prestige multi-zone units are ideal for restaurants
and entertaining as they are designed for serving wine at the
correct temperature.
The Prestige range features a control panel incorporating an
electronic digital temperature setting/display accurate to within
1 degree, cold lighting and temperature alarm (audio/visual)
which provides a warning in case of malfunction.
