The new Weishaupt monarch ®
WM-G10 gas burner is compact,
powerful and quiet. It is the result of
further development of the legendary
monarch ® series.
Advanced fan technology
Right from the earliest developmental
stages of this new burner generation,
particular emphasis was placed on a
compact, aerodynamic construction and
low noise levels.
To realize this goal, completely new air
intake and air damper control were developed.
The special casing design in
conjunction with the new air intake and
air damper technology result in an increased
fan pressure and therefore
more power from a compact design.
The air damper control is responsible for
a linear characteristic even in the low
firing rate. And in conjunction with the
standard air intake sound absorber, this
ensures quieter burner operation.
Quick commissioning, easy maintenance
All WM-G10 burners are shipped out
with an adjustable mixing head. Final
adjustment is to be performed via commissioning
program in the combustion
manager.
All components such as mixing head, air
damper and combustion manager are
easily accessible. Therefore maintenance
and service work can be performed
easily and quickly. The standard
hinged flange allows an ideal service
position for the burner.
Matching to various combustion chamber
geometries can be performed directly
on the burner. The flame and the
ignition process can be observed via
the integrated viewing port.
Flexible control capability
All WM-G10 burners are available as
sliding two stage/ modulating versions.
This allows flexible control possibilities,
which make the burner universally
adaptable to various applications. With
modulating operation, burner output
can be matched automatically to the required
heat demand within its operating
range.
Low NO x operation
NO x emissions are even lower than
those from burners with standard mixing
head. This is achieved by a higher degree
of recirculation of the combustion
gases in combustion chamber.
Essential for low NO x emission is the
combustion chamber dimensions, the
combustion chamber loading and type of
combustion system (3 pass or reverse
flame)

Weishaupt gas burner WM-G10 is
compatible for:
• installation on heat exchanger
• hot water boiler
• low and high pressure steam boiler
• intermittent and continuous operation
• installation on hot air generator
The combustion air must be free from
any aggressive chemical substances
(Halogen, Chloride, Fluoride, etc) and
contamination (dust, building materials,
steam, etc). For many cases an external
air ducting to the burner is recommended
as an option.
Permissible environmental conditions:
• Operation temperature
-15 to +40°C (5 to 104F)
•Air humidity: max. 80% relative
humidity, no condensation
•Operation indoor only
•For installation in unheated rooms under
some circumstances special solutions
are required (contact weishaupt)

confirmation from Weishaupt Corporation.
The maintenance interval may be
shortened according to conditions
where the burners are installed.
