Compact and quietThe new Weishaupt monarch ®burner WM-L10 is compact, powerfuland quiet. It is the result of furtherdevelopment of the legendarymonarch ® series.Advanced fan technologyRight from the earliest developmentalstages of this new burner generation,particular emphasis was placed on acompact, aerodynamic construction andlow noise levels.To realize this goal, completely new airintake and air damper control were developed.The special casing design inconjunction with the new air intake andair damper technology result in an increasedfan pressure and thereforemore power from a compact design.The air damper control is responsible fora linear characteristic even in the lowfiring rate. And in conjunction with thestandard air intake sound absorber, thisensures quieter burner operation.Quick commissioning, easy maintenanceAll WM-L10 burners are shipped outwith an adjustable mixing head and correctoil nozzle size. Final adjustment is tobe performed via commissioning programin the combustion manager.All components such as oil nozzles, airdamper and combustion manager areeasily accessible. Therefore maintenanceand service work can be performedeasily and quickly. The standardhinged flange allows an ideal serviceposition for the burner.Matching to various combustion chambergeometries can be performed directlyon the burner. The flame and theignition process can be observed via theintegrated viewing port.Flexible control capabilityAll WM-L10 burners are available as 3stage or modulating versions. This allowsflexible control possibilities, whichmake the burner universally adaptable tovarious applications.
