Tips From The Top
With GNLD, you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself. This means that
in addition to exceptional sales tools and training materials, you receive the advice
and guidance you need to succeed! You become part of the GNLD family,
where learning from others is encouraged, and where Distributors flourish in an
environment of sharing and support. These World Team members started out just
like you, and now they’re changing lives every day with GNLD.
“ It is important
to make sure
your GNLD
structure is
deep as well
as wide.”
“When developing your team, it is important to make sure your
GNLD structure is deep as well as wide. There are specific
things you can do to encourage new Distributors on your
team and to build team depth.
When you start new Distributors, encourage them to do two
things. First, buy and use the products. This will give them
a better knowledge of the products and the confidence to
share GNLD with everyone they know.
Next, help your new team members identify new prospects
from the people they know. We encourage and help our new
Distributors to sign up six new starts in their first month. That
may be more than the 3-in-30 they’ll later strive for, but this
way, the initial number is greater and hopefully 2 or 3 of those
new sign-ups will excel straight away, which will immediately
create excitement with the new people getting results as
quickly as possible.
Our system of working with new Distributors is based on
working in depth, so your next step is to help build one of
those new legs to at least 10 to 15 levels deep. This will help
create Managers and Senior Managers in that leg which
will in turn create more excitement in the team and encourage
Distributors to remain in the business.
This takes time, but if you are in GNLD for the long haul, then
you need to spend quality time in building legs that are deep,
strong, and structured.”
“After nearly 43 years with this company, I’m still as excited
to meet people and introduce them to GNLD as I was during
my first year.” Over the years, 4 Ruby Director Lucille McAfee
has introduced hundreds of people to GNLD products and
opportunity. In addition to a successful business, she has
enjoyed the total lifestyle that GNLD provides. “For years, I
couldn’t believe I was making money by having fun. I thought
of how hard I had previously worked for less money. Now,
life is a party. I am 86 years-old and have made more friends
through GNLD than most people can imagine.”
Lucille emphasizes that when introducing GNLD products
and/or opportunity to a new contact, you don’t want
to overwhelm them with too much information. “To be
successful with GNLD you don’t have to speak well, you
have to listen well. You need to take a genuine interest in
people to determine areas of common ground. What are
their needs” Once you have established a rapport with a
new contact, then you can focus on which area may appeal
to them. That area may be additional money, better health, or
travel opportunity. “If I met someone who told me they love to
travel, I would tell them about the many exotic places I have
been because of my association with GNLD, of the beautiful
5-star hotels that I have stayed in—compliments of GNLD!
Life is not a destination, it’s a journey. With GNLD, I have
certainly enjoyed the journey!” n
