Find out about Bohr’s escape. 2. How did nuclear fission change history and effect global politics? What was the Cold War? 3. Watch the movies ‘Cabaret’ or ‘Blue Angel’ and find out more about life in Germany before the Second World War. 4. Write a short story based on one of the incidents described in the program such as Lise Meitner’s escape from Germany, the night of broken glass or her first day in Berlin or Stockholm. 5.
