2.10 People
To enable our staff to give of their best, we must maintain an efficient work
place where optimal use is made of resources. We need to ensure that we
recruit the right people to get the job done as well as providing staff with the
skills and knowledge to enable them to carry out the tasks to which they are
assigned. A Health and Safety Report for the year ending 31 December 2005
is available at Annex A.
