Essential Information<br />

The <strong>MSc</strong> in International Commercial and Contract Management aims to provide<br />

postgraduate education and professional development for commercial and contract<br />

managers that will keep them abreast of developments. Delegates are taken in to<br />

the focused academic environment of a business school giving them an opportunity<br />

to explore concepts, principles, processes and techniques of innovative commercial<br />

management practice.<br />

The total cost can be paid in full before registration/<br />

induction day or split into three instalments. Full details<br />

The course is delivered through an innovative blended<br />

learning format, combining substantial face-to-face<br />

contact with independent study supported by a VLE,<br />

ensuring a flexible alternative to full-time study.<br />

Course Structure<br />

The <strong>MSc</strong> in International Commercial and Contract<br />

Management is a credit based programme and<br />

qualification. Delegates earn credits for successful<br />

completion of all eight modules - 120 credits and a<br />

dissertation/reflective practice project - 60 credits,<br />

a total overall of 180 credits.<br />

There are options for alternative qualifications:<br />

Postgraduate Diploma requires successful<br />

completion of all eight modules - 120 credits.<br />

Postgraduate Certificate requires successful<br />

completion of 60 credits from core modules.<br />

Modules are successfully concluded by participating in the workshops and passing<br />

the assessment component of either coursework and presentation or examination.<br />

The amount of studying required from a delegate is estimated to be approximately<br />

150 hours for a 15-credit module; this is equivalent to 10-15 hours per week.<br />
