The building includes:<br />
outbuildings and permanent structural improvements,<br />
fixtures and fittings that:<br />

trade, professional services, or farming of any description,<br />
any part of the building or other structures at the site that cannot be<br />
locked because that building or structure or part of it is being altered,<br />
renovated or rebuilt,<br />
a temporary building or structure or a building or structure in the course<br />
of construction,<br />
houseboats, watercraft, caravans, mobile buildings (fixed or<br />
free-standing), motorised vehicles of any type and the parts and<br />
accessories of any of these items,<br />
the loose surfaces of tennis courts, driveways and paths,<br />
hedges (whether or not they form a fence), lawns, trees, shrubs, plants,<br />
flowers, garden beds or any other living material.<br />
