INSTRUCTIONS :
1.
DOWNLOAD FIXTURE
The Tournament
will be inaugurated on 22-12-10 at 9.00 A.M. in the Campus-3 Playground. The Team
Managers along with players
are requested to be present in the Function & .to participates in the march past.
The teams are requested to come with university flags.
2.
The city of temples Bhubaneswar is well connected with Train service from all parts of India. Bhubaneswar
Railway Station is 13 Kms. far from University Campus. The climatic condition of the city is very pleasant
during the period. The university may provide transportation from railway station to KIIT university
campus if
detail information regarding arrival at Bhubaneswar
is provided to us well in
time.
3.
The Teams will be provided accommodation in the University Hostels. The Teams are expected to bring their
own Bedding,warm clothes, Mosquito Net & Locks.
The Teams
will be accommodated
one day prior to the
commencement
of their matches and are
expected to
vacate within 12 hours after the last fixtures.
4.
The Team Managers required to submit FOUR copies of the eligibility proformas duly typed & signed by the
competent authority (Head of Sports dept.) of the university, as per AIU rules. Incomplete proforma
will not be
entertained .No overwriting is permitted
on the proforma unless attested by the competent authority of the
university.

The

Tournament
Committeee reserves the
rights to change the venue, time and date of the matches, if necessary.
Teams should report 30 min. beforee the scheduled commencement of their matches.
The Tournament
will be conducted on knock-out basis and matches will be played as Per AIU
rules.
The Caution money deposit of Rs.500/- will be collected at the Lodging place. The amount will be refunded at
the time of checkout with deduction if any in respect
of damages, losses etc.
The Team shall pay an officiating charges @ Rs.500/- per each match they play .

The Managers and Coaches will be fully
responsiblee towards discipline for the team members.

Kindly ensure that your University have paid the Annual Subscription to the
AIU for the
year 2010-11 and
receipt of the same along with the entry fees may please be kept
for further action.
