Tory Burch is the designer and Chief Executive Officer of Tory Burch LLC. She grew up in Valley Forge,<br />
Pennsylvania, and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in art history. Ms. Burch<br />
moved to New York to pursue a career in fashion and worked for some of the most influential American<br />
designers, including Ralph Lauren, Vera Wang, and Narciso Rodriguez at Loewe.<br />
In 2004, she launched Tory Burch, a lifestyle brand rooted in American sportswear with multiple<br />
categories including ready-to-wear, bags, shoes, jewelry, and accessories. The collection is available at<br />
58 boutiques in the United States, Europe, and Asia, on toryburch.<strong>com</strong> and at more than 500 select<br />
department and specialty stores worldwide.<br />
Since its launch, Tory Burch has often been recognized by the fashion industry, and was awarded the<br />
2008 CFDA for Accessory <strong>Designer</strong> of the Year, 2007 Accessory Brand Launch of the Year from the<br />
Accessories Council of Excellence, and the 2005 Rising Star award from Fashion Group International. In<br />
2010, Ms. Burch was named one of Forbes’ Most Powerful Women in the World. Michelle Obama,<br />
Gwyneth Paltrow, Katie Holmes, Blake Lively, Jessica Alba, Zoe Saldana, Demi Moore, and Hilary Swank<br />
wear the Tory Burch collection.<br />
An avid philanthropist, Ms. Burch launched the Tory Burch Foundation in 2009. The foundation supports<br />

Mr. Curleigh has served on the board of Salomon, is former Chairman of the SnowSports Industry of<br />
America, and is on the board of trustees of the Waterkeeper Alliance. He is also a board member of<br />
CHROME Industry and KEEN Inc.<br />
Mr. Curleigh is a triple citizen of the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. He has a bachelor<br />
of <strong>com</strong>merce degree from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and has attended both<br />
Stanford and Harvard for executive education programs.
