Mr. Keith has more than 18 years of experience in the fashion industry across product development and<br />
design, merchandising, and brand management.<br />
During a seven-year career at Lane Crawford, Mr. Keith has been instrumental in the strategic<br />
repositioning of the business, the development of Asia’s largest multi-brand designer portfolio, and the<br />
retailer’s expansion into Mainland China with its first Beijing store.<br />
After Mr. Keith was appointed President of Joyce in 2008, he began revamping its stores and brand<br />
assortment. He also secured franchise agreements for the management and distribution of some of<br />
Joyce’s most popular brands including Rick Owens and Balenciaga.<br />
Under Mr. Keith’s leadership, the business has annually reported record turnover and profit,<br />
significantly increasing shareholder return.<br />
Mr. Keith returned to Lane Crawford as its President in January 2011 to direct new initiatives and an<br />
expansion into Shanghai, Beijing and Chengdu. He continues to head the Joyce business.<br />
Previously, Mr. Keith spent five years as Design Director at G2000, where he was responsible for product<br />
development, merchandising, and production of multiple collections for more than 400 stores across<br />
Asia. He has also designed for brands including Marks & Spencer and Esprit.<br />
Mr. Keith holds a bachelor of arts in fashion design from Kingston University London.<br />

Chief Executive Officer, Barneys New York<br />
Mark Lee joined Barneys New York as Chief Executive Officer in September 2010. Prior to Barneys, he<br />
served as Chief Executive Officer for the global Gucci brand from November 2004 to December 2008.<br />
Under his leadership, Gucci saw a revenue increase of 46% and an EBITA increase of 50% to 647 million<br />
euros.<br />
Mr. Lee previously held several leadership positions within the Gucci Group. From December 1999 to<br />
November 2004 he served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Yves Saint Laurent S.A.S. He first<br />
joined Gucci in 1996 and served as Worldwide Merchandising Director from May 1997 to December<br />
1999.<br />
Earlier in his career, Mr. Lee served in senior management roles at Jil Sander America Inc., Giorgio<br />
Armani Corporation, and Saks Fifth Avenue.<br />
Mr. Lee graduated from New York University and resides in New York City.<br />
