Planning Principles Designate warehousing areas around the airport, port, Jolly Harbour and Falmouth Harbour. Ensure good access to road network and minimal visual, sound, or contamination in non industrial areas. 2 Resource‐based (agriculture, fisheries) Ensure adequate processing facilities are in close proximity to resource‐based industries. Permit storage and processing facilities associated with resource‐based industriess to be located in close proximity to related activities providing the nature and intensity of these activities does not create land use conflicts. 3 Manufacturing Minimize land use conflicts; maximize proximity to related industries and services.
