Senior Connections<br />
JOIN US FOR DAILY LUNCH AT THE HJEMKOMST CENTER<br />
A hot, nutritious noontime meal is provided by Senior Connections at the Hjemkomst<br />
Center, Monday - Friday at 11:45 am.<br />
WHO: Residents age 60 and over and their spouse (even when under the age <strong>of</strong> 60) are<br />
eligible to enjoy this meal.<br />
COST: A donation is requested for the meal. Suggested donation is $4.00. Persons under<br />
the age <strong>of</strong> 60 are required to pay $6.00.<br />
RESERVATIONS: Reservations should be made 24 hours in advance by calling the Food<br />
Site Manager at (218) 299-5519, between the hours <strong>of</strong> 10:00 am-12:30 pm.<br />
This service is made possible by grants from the West Central Area Agency on Aging under<br />
an approved plan by the Minnesota Board on Aging.<br />

The Senior Wellness Coalition <strong>of</strong> Fargo-<strong>Moorhead</strong> will host a one-half day<br />
wellness seminar covering allergies. Vendors will be on hand to visit with and/or<br />
provide you with information. This seminar is free and open to the public.<br />
