On 9/27/<strong>2012</strong> SERC notified us of new PRC-004 data reporting<br />
requirements. A significant change is that total Protection System<br />
operations (correct + Misoperations) must be submitted by voltage level,<br />
starting with <strong>2012</strong> Q4 reporting. Will SERC require all applicable entities<br />
(DP that own a transmission protection system, GO, and TO) to submit the<br />
Misoperation detail form even if we have zero Misoperations<br />
For example, if I have 3 correct Protection System operations, I 'd have to<br />
submit that even though I had zero Misoperations.
