Break Out Groups<br />
Previous practice of the <strong>REF</strong> session was just to have one overall large<br />
group to ask questions that would be posed to SERC staff.<br />
Beginning with Fall 2011 conferences, the <strong>REF</strong> decided to break up into<br />
smaller groups of similar expertise.<br />
1) Allows members to share ideas & best practices<br />
2) Less intimidating<br />
3) Chance to network with individuals with similar roles<br />
and responsibilities. (PRC-005, FAC-003, etc)<br />
4) Networking dinner
