Submission Good Practices When submitting plan of a on-going project (i.e. BCU project before CSC is given by 1 st Oct) to BCA, please attach supporting document (such as payment receipt / NOA / WD or submission e-mail acknowledgement) together with the submission. Without such a supporting document, project will be treated as a fresh project.
