Information - Trinity Catholic High School

Trinity is a comprehensive, co-educational high school that is fully
accredited by the North Central Association. Trinity is also a
member of the National Catholic Education Association.
Trinity’s curriculum is designed to meet a wide range of student
abilities, interests and career goals as well as challenge students of
all ability levels. In most subject areas courses are offered at three
levels while a total of 10 Advanced College Credit and Advanced
Placement courses are offered in the areas of English, Spanish,
History, Mathematics and Science for junior and senior
students that qualify.
Trinity uses a block schedule with periods that are organized in
longer “blocks” of time. The schedule is comprised of eight
blocks, or classes, that meet over a two-day period (A&B days). On
a regular schedule day the blocks are 75-minutes long and allow
for expanded instructional methods such as collaborative
learning, hands-on activities, labs, experiments and
team-teaching. Trinity students are required to earn 31 credits
to graduate (for specific course requirements please see the

Trinity develops well-rounded students by offering a variety of
co-curricular activities, including a total of 29 athletic teams, at all
grade levels. Many other clubs and activities, such as
Cheerleading, Dance Line, Student Council, Renaissance,
Yearbook and Newspaper, are also offered.
