Before you even begin the renewal process, use
EBSCONET to conduct a little analysis on your collection,
which can help you decide what you want to renew.

Assess your collection based on various selection criteria;
use our survey tool to collect input from faculty and
subject bibliographers.
• How has pricing for your collection changed, and is the
current pricing within your budget EBSCONET provides
more than 25 serials management reports, several of

Historical Price Analysis provides you with changes in
prices over a specified period of time and percentage-ofchange

ORGANIZE the list
• With one click, you can re-arrange the order in which
your renewal list appears on EBSCONET. Choose from
Title Name, Subscriber Code, Subscriber Name, Start
Date, Account Number, Total, Currency or Fund Code/
HEGIS number.
AUTHORIZE the list
• Regardless of whether you want to renew only
a portion of your orders or the entire list,
EBSCONET affords you maximum flexibility.
You can work through the renewal list
individually or in batches. You can save your
work to be authorized by yourself or a colleague
at a later date, or you can release the renewals
for immediate processing.

AMEND the list
• For each title, you can set the renewal status to
Yes, No or Hold or modify the renewal order as
needed. Adding a title is easy. One click takes
you to the EBSCONET Title Search page, where
you can easily search our title database and add
the desired resource.
