NEWS IN BRIEF MEMBERS ON THE MOVE Capital Consultants, Inc./ DesignWorks A|E Merge LANSING, MI AND GRAND RAPIDS, MI, MAY 16, 2005 - The Consulting Firms of Capital Consultants, Inc. headquartered in Lansing, Michigan and DesignWorks A|E, headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan proudly announce the completion of their merger. The Capital Consultants/DesignWorks A|E merger meets the criteria of both firms’ growth strategy to expand services, strengthen existing client service areas, target new clients, and expand geographic markets. As a result of the merger, CCDWAE is a full service engineering, architecture, planning and technology firm with 90 employees in three Michigan offices located in Lansing, Grand Rapids, and Gaylord. House, P.E. has earned his Professional Engineer’s (P.E.) license from the State of Michigan. House has successfully completed the Principles and Practice of Engineering exam, which tests both general and corespecific engineering knowledge. House is an environmental design engineer at CCDWAE. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University. House provides environmental design for water and wastewater treatment projects, hydraulic river analysis and water distribution hydraulic network analysis.
