Schroth Harnesses<br />
For over 50 years SCHROTH has been manufacturing<br />
racing and tuning (street legal) harnesses. Since<br />
1960 SCHROTH has conducted ongoing crash<br />
tests to further increase the product quality<br />
and performance to meet the increasing safety<br />
requirements. With the knowledge gained from<br />
our extensive testing, SCHROTH has become the<br />
technology leader in racing harnesses.<br />
Flexi Belts<br />
The Flexi Belt option means one harness<br />
can have many variations. The lap belt<br />
latches and brackets supplied with the<br />
harness can be assembled to the lap belt<br />
with a two-bar sliding bracket, allowing you<br />
to change the confi guration. With this, you<br />
can choose on pull-up or pull-down versions<br />
and, if applicable, different for the left and<br />
right belt. You can also vary the lengths to<br />
optimise the adjuster position depending on<br />
you car, your seat and your seating position.<br />
Buckle Types<br />
Aluminium Rotary buckle<br />
is a newly developed compact<br />
buckle which feature a quicker and<br />
more positive ‘click’ and a more<br />
ergonomic release lever.<br />
RFR Composite Formula buckle<br />
is composite polycarbonate<br />
buckle is the lightest racing buckle<br />
with RFR technology and low profi le<br />
cover for the top-end formula<br />
harness systems.<br />
Push Button Composite buckle<br />
has been designed to meet both<br />
FIA standard and ECE/FMVSS<br />
standard, making it suitable for<br />
both competition and road use.<br />
ASM<br />
The Schroth ASM (Anti Submaring) system offers a<br />
unique safety advantage on 4 point harnesses by using<br />
an energy convertor, located on the inboard shoulder<br />
strap, to prevent the user sliding underneath the lap<br />
strap in the event of frontal impact.<br />
Wrap Around Shoulder Straps<br />
Thanks to the large range of adjustment on the shoulder<br />
straps, all Schroth harnesses are supplied with hardware<br />
suitable for wrap around fi xings on to roll cages (with the<br />
exception of Profi II-6F).<br />
