WARNING: Before installation, disconnect power at circuit breakers or remove fuse to avoid electrical shock or damage to the
unit. It is recommended that an electrician perform this installation.
Description
The LM-ERO is a two-pole, cUL-listed, class-1008 (for
applications covered under NEC Article 702) automatic
transfer switch for use in optional standby systems. Each pole
has the ability to transfer a fully loaded 20-amp circuit, which
provides the ability to switch two independent, 20A hot leads
or the hot and neutral leads of a single circuit.
(Figure 2), wiring knockout on one end should line up with an adjacent knockout
at side of Lytemode Dimmer Enclosure.
4. Connect LM-ERO transfer switch according to appropriate wiring diagram (either
Figure 3 or Figure 4).
5. Replace cover and retaining bolts.
6. Restore power to system.
NOTE: To ensure proper operation, it is recommended that the unit be tested
periodically by momentarily pressing the Test Switch (see Figure 1).
