12:45 Arrive Birmingham Airport for Ryanair flight 2154 to Murcia. All airport check in<br />
desks open 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure and close strictly 40 minutes<br />
before scheduled departure time.<br />
14:35 Ryanair flight 2154 to Murcia.<br />
18:10 (Local time) Arrive Murcia;<br />
Meet coach for transfer to the <strong>Arbolar</strong> Centre.<br />
Pick-up arrangements: Clear immigration, collect your luggage, and then make your<br />
way to the arrivals hall where you will be met by your Autocares Paterna coach driver<br />
who will be waiting for you. They will make themselves known to you by holding a sign.<br />
Your coach driver will show you to your coach and transfer you to your hotel.<br />
19:00 Arrive at <strong>Arbolar</strong> centre.<br />
19:15 Check in and fire drill.<br />
20:00 Walk along the beach.<br />
20:30 Dinner at the <strong>Arbolar</strong> Centre.<br />
21:30 Welcome presentation evening.<br />

This involves a 30 minute warm up session involving practical vocabulary followed by<br />
sailing and canoeing.<br />

16:30 Building sandcastles on the beach.<br />
17:30 ‘Merienda’ snack.<br />
18:00 ‘Olympic Games’ on the beach, to include tug-of-war, relay races, trust-building<br />
exercises and ball games.<br />
